Presenting: Robin Borough

Robin Borough, executive vice president of Omnikron Systems, Inc., is a nationally recognized career strategist and highly respected corporate counselor. She is also founding director of the Convergence Technology Council (CTC), a collaborative forum for IT professionals, businesses, and industry leaders, founded in 2005.

Robin has been a trusted adviser to technology professionals and business executives for more than 25 years. During that time she's built a reputation as the “go to” career strategist in the IT industry. She's helped thousands of IT professionals and technology executives advance their careers. Her areas of focus include ITIL and IT Service Management, Business Intelligence, Business Process Management, Virtualization and Cloud Computing. 

Robin is also known for helping organizations develop winning IT teams. In addition to counseling Global 2000 companies, she works with medium-sized businesses and start-ups to meet critical human resource needs. Her clients include some of the most demanding corporations in the world, including industry giants Verizon, NEC, Fox, Universal, Creative Artists, Technicolor, and BMC Software.

Robin recently published her first book, Competing For Your Future, a step-by-step guide to helping technologists accelerate their careers, and launched a highly successful Webinar series focusing on career strategies and job search breakthroughs.  She speaks at IT trade shows and association meetings and blogs on career strategies, at www.Your-Career-Now.com.
